The only reason I am giving this one star is because the bottom 1/4 of the pages are cut off on every chapter. I am disappointed on the fact of this and wish it would be updated. I love the book and this series and it would be five stars if not for this issue. I just would like to have the full book that I paid for.Product details

Read it, love it, my favorite anime/manga series.
This Fairy Tail book shows the story of Lucy finally meeting her father and encountering him. Next Lucy finds out
about loke and his past which is revealed. It has laughs along with a cliff-hanger to the last page. This is one of the best books in the series.

After living in Okinawa for years, my children love reading these books. Icould not for the life of me get my oldest daughter to chapter read until she found these books in the commic section in okinawa. I though she was going to die, when we moved back to the states. My son is really into graphic novels and had been stuck in his Naruto & Inuyasha books so I suggested to try another series to see if he might like them as well, couldn't hurt, right? He is addicted to the Fairy Tail series and carries at least two of the books with him at all times....Well worth the money and the wait.
Fairy Tail to me is basically Dragon Ball Z on a smaller scale with wizards, more important female characters, and less memorable villains. The reason I think this is because the story is pretty basic, but works well. However the story takes a back seat to action and fan service. Having said that, I love DBZ and wizards! And when you have female characters that actually do something and are really cool not just side characters! I'm sold! Great action, some of the best character interaction in manga, and cool females who aren't overshadowed by the males, great stuff. This volume finishes up the tower arc.
